It’s easy to build routines and habits that help us meet our life goals. It’s important to include physical, emotional, and spiritual habits and routines. And the truth is each area overlaps and bleeds into the next. Prayer is one of those overlaps. It impacts each area of our existence. Including regular consistent prayer holistically improves you.
Our words determine our reality. It’s easy to disconnect today from tomorrow. It’s even easier to disconnect today from the reality of eternity after this life. When this disconnect exists we miss the power of our words and that has eternal consequences.
Almost 1 in 4 middle schoolers and 1 in 6 high schoolers will deal with suicide. That’s a staggering number! As I read the research and wrote about how we can help adolescents. Our youth are dealing with suicide first hand. They are talking with friends who are dealing with suicide. Are we talking with our kids about suicide?
